TA Associates Realty retained Barnard Ventures to oversee their ownership interest in connection with the tenant, Smurfit Stone, performing an extensive $10M shell modification, renovation and tenant improvement construction on this 310,000 SF building on 34 acres. Additional consulting included a review of construction documents, subcontractor pricing, tracking the cost of work approved, and a review of tenant improvement allowance disbursement requests.
