Barnard Ventures was retained to develop a cost effective plan for the addition of a 190 room hotel between an existing 8-story office building and 7-level parking structure. BV currently manages various consultants in the planning and entitlement work, including the parking consultant, architect, civil engineer, estimating general contractor, and others. The hotel and remote airport parking land uses require the following entitlement applications, which BV is managing:

  • General Plan Amendment
  • Zone Change and Text Amendment
  • Specific Plan
  • Conditional Use Permit
  • Vesting Tentative Parcel Map
  • Development Agreement.
