Irvine Concourse Irvine, CA

Irvine Holdings L.P., the owner of the undeveloped land in the Irvine Concourse project, engaged Barnard Ventures to negotiate and process for approval a major modification to the conditional use permit and a development agreement. The CUP modification eliminated two very substantial off-site construction obligations that burdened the property. The development agreement vested the right of Irvine Holdings to develop up to 932,000 square feet of office space for 20 years. Scott Barnard also prepared and processed a conditional use permit that added an additional 108,000 square feet of office entitlement.
