St. John the Baptist School Costa Mesa, CA

Barnard Ventures was retained to explore the feasibility of adding additional buildings to the school campus. Feasibility work included City approvals, cost, schedule, and permanent or temporary structures. Work also included a comprehensive program for school facilities and a campus master plan. Eventually two projects undertaken included a new concrete block wall with landscape improvements around the perimeter of the campus, and portable classroom structures. Barnard Ventures coordinated all design, permit, bid, and construction work.
